All-new 3rd-generation (Mk3) Tiguan, arriving in Australia from Q2 2025, replacing the outgoing Mk2 (2016–2024). 5-seat variant only — the 7-seat long-wheelbase 'Tiguan Allspace' has been replaced by a separate model (Tayron) not modelled here. cargoVolumeSeatsUpL (652L) is cross-checked by carsguide.com.au and chasingcars.com.au (both AU sources, matching exactly). cargoVolumeSeatsFoldedL (1650L) is single-AU-source (carsguide.com.au) — no second AU source found to cross-check. CONFLICT: automobiledimension.com separately lists 550L for 'Volkswagen Tiguan (2024)', which doesn't match either AU figure — likely a different generation/market/measurement mix-up, not used (see Conflict Report). No AU or UK/EU official source publishes boot box mm dimensions for the Mk3 yet — this is a newly-launched generation and detailed spec sheets don't appear to be published in full yet.
